A first-class bonding between the cover of the roller and the roller body is created by a optimised thermobonding process. The positive-locking connection of the roller body and roller bearing in combination with the inner tube prevents the intrusion of liquid into the inside of the roller. The design of the roller bearing and the grip sockets ensures flawless operation with excellent running properties over the entire service life of the roller. The core piece of this design is the axial position securing device. The grip sockets are moulded from a special fatigue-proof plastic. |
