Making a Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click "Confirm" then "Check Out" You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and Solo credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express. We will backorder any out of stock items and advise you the delivery date. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.Although we endeavour to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the original debit.If you are shopping from outside UK, please call our sales team as many items cannot be shipped overseas.Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero. Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Our Grade 1 materials are fully guaranteed and will be replaced if faulty. Polyester resins are warranted by the manufacturers for 2 months but in practice last for 8-12 months if stored in cool dark conditions. Do not store in temperatures exceeding 20deg.C . The information given in our literature is to the best of our knowledge true and accurate. As conditions for use of our products are beyond our control we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or losses resulting from any information given.
