RP41 - Roof Pack 15 m2 Metrodeck 1 layer 600g CSM

These kits provide the mat, resin and topcoat (dark admiralty grey BS18B25 finish) required for a single layer (1x600g CSM) GRP flatroof using the Metrodeck System for roofs requiring fire retardancy to BS476 part 3 FAA. Metrodeck resin also contains flexiblising additives for extra resistance to thermal expansion. Some excess is built in to allow for overlapping and detailing.

These fibreglass roof packs are designed to make ordering simple. They contain the mat, resin, topcoat and catalysts required for a selection of roof sizes and are based on the best pack prices possible. Some excess is included to ensure you can complete the job with the least hassle. Remember - you will still need to select the correct trims and tools required for your project.

The Metrodeck system has been tested and approved to the highest specification of fire resistance (BS476 pt3 FAA) to meet all building control requirements for flat roofing.

The Metrodeck Basecoat has been formulated specifically with roofing in mind. A special flexible additive has been added to the basecoat to ensure that Metrodeck will be strong enough to endure thermal expansion and heavy foot traffic.

Metrodeck Topcoat will not deteriorate and weaken under UV light - it is specifically manufacturered for GRP roofing systems. When used with Metrodeck resin it meets BS476 part 3 AA external fire test specification. Contains flexible additives to resist thermal expansion and UV stabilising chemicals to keep its colour and finish for longer.

Coverage 500-600g per m² (approx).
