Polyester Gelcoats

A high quality Lloyds approved isothallic & thixotropic gelcoat resin with excellent weather resistance also known as "Resin B". Gelcoat forms the smooth outer surface of the finished laminate and therefore is applied to the prepared mould first. Activated by catalyst added to the gelcoat at 2% by weight, minimum. Working time at a temperature of 20degC. is approximately 20 minutes. To avoid styrene attack allow 2-3 hours before applying any more resin. Pigment colour pastes can be added. Also suitable for production mould making. Supplied clear for pigment adding or pre-coloured white. All supplied with FREE CATALYST.

Also known as "Flowcoat" this is a high quality Lloyds approved premixed Topcoat ready for use, with wax solution added. In clear for adding pigments or pre-pigmented white. Catalyst supplied free.

A high quality Lloyds approved premixed topcoat ready for use. Coloured Mouse Grey RAL7005 with wax solution added. Catalyst supplied free.

A high quality Lloyds approved premixed Topcoat containing silica beads which provides a non slip surface coating. Wax solution is added. Clear or Grey Catalyst supplied free.
