Additives

The right additives let you control how your resin cures, how it looks and how it behaves. CFS Fibreglass stocks the full range of GRP additives, so you can fine-tune your laminating, casting and finishing work.

Catalysts are essential for curing polyester resins and gelcoats. Choose standard, slow or fast catalyst to suit the temperature and your working time, or use BPO hardener and the Metroflex summer inhibitor for specific systems.

Our Liquid Additives include wax solution for air-inhibited surfaces, styrene for thinning, accelerator and a flexible resin additive.

Fillers cover everything from powders and fibres that thicken resin to pre-mixed fillers and marine repair fillers, plus the mixing boards and spreader cards to apply them.
