It remains straightforward to wet out with resin, though its heavier weight means slightly more care is needed to ensure full saturation and air removal compared to lighter mats.

As with all chopped strand mat, thorough resin saturation and careful consolidation with a laminating roller are essential to achieving full laminate strength.
