Polyurethane foam sheets are a lightweight, rigid core material used across marine, construction, modelling and composite applications. At CFS Fibreglass we supply Tricast 2 PU foam sheets in a 1220 × 1220 mm format and a wide range of thicknesses, giving you the flexibility to choose the right balance of strength and weight for your project.

These low-density PU boards are CFC, HCFC and HFA free, with excellent resistance to water absorption, making them suitable for use in sandwich panels, insulation, GRP moulds, core fillers and structural laminates. The sheets bond easily with polyester and epoxy resins, and they cut, shape and sand with standard workshop tools.
