Fastcast Polyurethane Resin

Fastcast Polyurethane Resin is a fast-demould, two-part polyurethane casting resin designed for producing solid, opaque castings with a short turnaround time. Unlike polyester or epoxy casting resins, Fastcast is a polyurethane system that typically cures rapidly - making it particularly well suited to high-volume mould making, prototype production, model making, props, and reproduction work where quick cycle times are important.

Fastcast cures to a firm, machinable solid that can be drilled, sanded, painted, and finished, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of industrial, theatrical, and creative applications. It is available in two variants to suit different project needs: Standard Fastcast, which cures to a natural off-white/cream colour, and White Fastcast, which produces a brighter, cleaner white finish straight from the mould.
