Polycor Gelfast BS00E53 Super Black is a premium pigmented gelcoat formulated to provide a deep, high-quality black finish on fibreglass (GRP) and composite components. Manufactured using an isophthalic polyester resin system, it delivers strong adhesion to laminates while forming a smooth, protective outer surface that enhances both durability and appearance.

This gelcoat is part of the widely used Gelfast colour range, pre-pigmented for consistent colour accuracy and supplied ready for use with catalyst. Once cured, it creates a tough, glossy surface layer that protects fibreglass structures from moisture, UV exposure and general wear, making it well suited to demanding marine and outdoor environments.
