SilverSeel Roofing Resin is a high-performance, fire-retardant GRP resin designed for flat roofs, balconies, and walkways - now available in a new, greener formulation with 22% bio-sourced raw materials, offering exceptional durability, seamless waterproof protection, and superior UV resistance while reducing environmental impact with lower VOCs. It achieves fire retardancy to BRoof (t4) when used with SilverSeel Topcoat.

SilverSeel Topcoat is specifically manufactured for GRP roofing systems. When used with SilverSeel Resin it meets the external fire test specification. It contains UV stabilising chemicals to keep its colour and finish for longer. Always use resin and topcoat together as a system to maintain the fire rating.
