Raised Edge Trims

Raised edge trims are fitted along the perimeter of a flat roof where the roof edge turns up against a wall, parapet, or abutment, forming a weatherproof upstand that prevents water from running off the edge. This range covers three profiles - B230, B260, and B300 - in both 1.5m and 3m lengths, along with universal internal (C4) and external (C1) corner pieces for neat, watertight corner details.

The B230 is a standard raised edge trim suited to most domestic flat roof perimeters. The B260 is a larger profile designed for situations requiring greater upstand height or additional coverage. The B300 is the largest in the range, providing maximum protection at exposed roof edges and parapets. All profiles feature a flat bonding flange that laminates into the main roofing laminate, and are supplied in light grey GRP. Fixed with PU adhesive; volume pricing applies to 3m lengths.
