Simulated Lead Flashings

Simulated lead flashing trims provide the weatherproof junction between the flat roof and an adjoining vertical surface - typically a wall, chimney, or raised parapet. Manufactured in GRP to replicate the profile of traditional lead flashing, these trims offer a maintenance-free, rot-proof alternative that integrates seamlessly with GRP and other flat roofing systems.

The range covers four profiles: the standard C100 (100mm leg), the C100 with Moisture Trap which includes an additional feature to prevent condensation tracking behind the trim, the C100L Long Leg for deeper wall abutments or where greater overlap behind the flashing is needed, and the wider C150 for larger junction details. Corner pieces are available in simulated lead finish - C7 Internal and C7 External - for clean, watertight internal and external corners. All are available in 1.5m and 3m lengths and fixed with PU adhesive.
