Prymax Polyurethane Pond Sealer Black

Prymax Pond Sealer Black is the black coloured topcoat in the Prymax pond sealing system - a moisture-cured polyurethane coating applied over two base coats of Prymax Pond Sealer Clear to create a complete, durable, and striking black finish on concrete, brick, and rendered pond surfaces.

An easy to apply liquid polyurethane, it forms a hard but flexible plastic seal on almost any porous surface, treating your rendered pond to a coat of armour - sealing out moisture and lime, consolidating fragile surfaces, and leaving a tough, hardwearing glosscoat. Black is a particularly popular choice for koi ponds, where the dark finish enhances water depth and makes fish colours appear more vivid. For the full pond coating system, apply 2 coats of Prymax Clear followed by 2 coats of Prymax Coloured, with coverage of approximately 500g per m² for each pair of coats.

The formula contains SupaPol high polyurethane, is fast curing, and can be applied in high humidity and low temperatures - making it practical for year-round use.
