Trade Line Dark Grey Topcoat 20kg

 

Trade Line Dark Grey Topcoat 20kg is a larger-quantity pack of the Trade Line GRP roofing topcoat, providing a weather-resistant, UV-stable finish to the cured Trade Line resin laminate. It is the final layer of the Trade Line roofing system, giving the roof its protective surface and dark grey appearance.

 

Our most popular pack size, suited to regular repair work, small production runs, and larger single projects where the 5kg tin would run out too quickly. Like the rest of the range, it's a preaccelerated, thixotropic dark grey polyester topcoat that brushes on easily with good levelling and sag resistance, curing tack-free to a hard, glossy, yellow-resistant finish. Follow the same application guidelines - 500 micron target film thickness, 18°C minimum working temperature, and 1.2–3.0% w/w MEKP catalyst - and mix thoroughly (roughly 10 minutes at low RPM) without overmixing. A more economical option per kilo than the 5kg size. Select your free catalyst when ordering.

 

Applied once the resin laminate has fully cured, the topcoat bonds to the laminate surface and provides long-term weather, UV, and thermal resistance. Catalyst is included.
