    SilverSeel Topcoat is specifically manufactured for GRP roofing systems. When used with Silverseel Resin it meets BS476 part 3 FAB external fire test specification. Contains UV stabilising chemicals to keep its colour and finish for longer.

    SilverSeel Roofing System can be applied to any flat roof, any size, any configuration and can be installed without expensive specialist tools. The completed monolithic (seamless) membrane is extremely hard wearing, resisting UV, heat, weathering and foot traffic, ideal for balconies or walkways. The SilverSeel system has been tested and approved to the specification of fire resistance (BS476 pt3 FAB) to meet all building control requirements for flat roofing.
    In addition, a slate granule can be added to create a natural non-slip finish. All SilverSeel products carry a materials guarantee, so you will be covered for anything nature can throw at your roof for 20 years.

    SilverSeel contains advanced FIRELOK additives and is tested and approved to the specification of BS476 pt3 FAB to meet building control requirements for fire safety where required.

    SilverSeel Topcoat will resist damage from UV rays, keeping your roof looking great for years and years.

    SilverSeel is issued with its own 20 year material guarantee directly from the manufacturer, along with a workmanship guarantee from the installer, your roof will be free from any leakages for at least 20 years.
