Overview

The T-3 Holesaw Bit was designed by FCS to drill out the holes for the FCS X-2 plugs. It has a collar to cut accurate depth. This tool can also be used to drill out larger leash plugs.

    The FCS Plug Holesaw is a precision cutting tool for drilling the initial cavity hole for FCS fin plug installation - cutting the correct diameter hole to the correct depth, ready for routing with the FCS II Undercut Router Bit and FCS II Router Template/Jig.

    It accompanies the undercut router bit for FCS plug installation - the diameter of the cavity is first cut with the holesaw, then the undercut router bit is used to plunge and clear out the cavity to the correct profile. Using this holesaw ensures a clean, correctly sized entry point that minimises the risk of over-cutting or splitting the foam blank, and sets up the routing step for a professional result.
