Description
Mirka GOLD, a durable, all-round abrasive, is very well suited for high speed sanding in a multitude of applications. Gold features a semi-open and special stearate coating designed to prevent clogging and pill forming, which helps achieve optimal sanding results.
The Mirka GOLD 150mm P800 Sanding Disc is the finest grit in the GOLD range - a very fine dry finishing disc for the final preparation of GRP gelcoat, topcoat, and composite surfaces immediately before machine polishing with cutting compound. A durable aluminium oxide abrasive featuring a semi-open stearate coating designed to prevent clogging and pill forming for optimal sanding results. P800 produces a minimal scratch pattern that requires only light compounding to achieve a high-gloss finish. For even finer finishing beyond what dry abrasives can offer, switch to Wet or Dry Paper Sheets from P1000 upward.
