R5 Spray Release Wax 400g

This is a wax based aerosol release agent, which is free of silicone and chlorohydrocarbons. When applied in a thin coating, the carrier easily and quickly evaporates, leaving a thin film of wax on the surface. The wax can take temperatures up to 100°C without melting and boiling. This release agent is commonly used to release all types of thermosetting resins from epoxy tooling and metal tooling. It is also used to seal absorbent surfaces and to aid release of the material to be cast into them. It is particularly effective for releasing polyurethane from epoxy tooling, and for releasing gelcoats from masters. R5 is effective in releasing any thermoset from flexible or rigid polyurethane moulds.
