GRP Soil Pipe Cuff Trim

The GRP Soil Pipe Cuff Trim provides a purpose-made, weathertight seal wherever a soil pipe, vent pipe, or similar service penetrates a flat roof deck. Pipe penetrations are one of the most common sources of roof leaks if not detailed correctly, since the junction between a round pipe and a flat laminate surface is inherently difficult to seal using flexible materials alone.

The cuff trim collars tightly around the pipe and provides a flanged base that laminates directly into the surrounding GRP roofing, creating a continuous, durable seal that moves and weathers in step with the rest of the roof. It's compatible with GRP, liquid-applied, and other flat roofing systems, and is fixed in place using PU adhesive before the main roof laminate is applied around it.
