Metroflex Roofing Resin

Metroflex Roofing Resin is the core component of the Metroflex GRP flat roofing system - a highly flexible polyester resin formulated specifically for use on flat and low-pitch roofs. Unlike conventional GRP roofing resins, Metroflex remains flexible after curing, allowing it to accommodate thermal movement in the roof deck without cracking or delaminating.

Available in dark grey in 5kg and 20kg tubs, the resin is used in combination with 300g chopped strand mat to build the main waterproof laminate. It incorporates FIRELOK® fire-retardant technology, achieving a BRoof (t4) fire rating - the highest classification for flat roof coverings. When used with Metroflex Primer, it can be applied to a wide range of substrates including existing felt, bitumen and OSB. Catalyst is required and sold separately.
