Trade Line Dark Grey Topcoat 200kg

 

Trade Line Dark Grey Topcoat 200kg is a bulk quantity pack of the Trade Line GRP roofing topcoat, providing a weather-resistant, UV-stable finish to the cured Trade Line resin laminate. It is the final layer of the Trade Line roofing system, giving the roof its protective surface and dark grey appearance.

 

Supplied as a full 200kg drum, this is our bulk trade pack for production workshops, boatbuilders, and fabricators getting through significant volumes of grey topcoat, offering the best cost per kilo in the range. It's the same preaccelerated, low-viscosity, isophthalic-modified polyester topcoat as the smaller packs - brush-grade, sag-resistant, and formulated to cure tack-free to a durable, glossy dark grey finish with good resistance to surface yellowing. As with all pack sizes, mix thoroughly before use, apply at 400–600 microns wet film thickness at a minimum of 18°C, and catalyse with MEKP at 1.2–3.0% w/w. 

 

Applied once the resin laminate has fully cured, the topcoat bonds to the laminate surface and provides long-term weather, UV, and thermal resistance. Catalyst is not included. Coverage is approximately 500-600g per m². For smaller quantities, see the 20kg pack. Always use in conjunction with Trade Line Polyester Resin for a complete system.
