    This 1kg tin of Prymax GRP Primer is ideal for smaller fibreglassing jobs and repairs where you need a dependable bond between polyester resin and wood, concrete or metal without buying in bulk. Fast-drying and moisture-curing, it primes porous or metal surfaces so that GRP laminate keys in securely, giving a stronger, longer-lasting repair. At roughly 200g per m² coverage on wood and concrete (150g per m² on metal), a 1kg tin comfortably covers around 5m² of substrate - enough for most patch repairs, small panels or one-off DIY projects.

    Prymax is a polyurethane solution that massively improves bonding of polyester resins to concrete, wood and metal. Prymax moisture curing system means it can be applied in damp (not wet) conditions and low temperatures. When Prymax is partially cured, polyester resins will chemically bond, making it an excellent primer for bonding GRP to porous and metal substrates.
