Prymax GRP Primer 5kg

For larger repairs, roofing work or multi-panel projects, the 5kg tub of Prymax GRP Primer offers better value per kilo while keeping the same reliable performance. It primes wood, concrete and metal surfaces so polyester resin and fibreglass laminate bond firmly and evenly, even where conditions are slightly damp or cool. With coverage of around 200g per m² on wood and concrete (150g per m² on metal), a 5kg tub treats approximately 25-33m², making it well suited to flat roof repairs, boat maintenance, or larger DIY and trade projects.

Prymax is a polyurethane solution that massively improves bonding of polyester resins to concrete, wood and metal. Prymax moisture curing system means it can be applied in damp (not wet) conditions and low temperatures. When Prymax is partially cured, polyester resins will chemically bond, making it an excellent primer for bonding GRP to porous and metal substrates.
