G180 Gulley Trim Expansion Joint 3m

The G180 Gulley Trim Expansion Joint combines two functions in a single pre-formed GRP trim: it acts as a bay division and movement joint in the same manner as the E280, while also incorporating a shallow drainage channel that directs surface water along the roof towards an outlet point. This makes it particularly valuable on larger flat roofs where water management between bays is a design consideration, or where the roof falls are arranged to channel water along the bay joints rather than across the laminate.

The G180 profile is 180mm wide across its base flanges, with a central gulley channel that bonds into the roofing laminate on each side. Available in 3m lengths with volume pricing at higher quantities. As with all expansion trims, the positioning of G180 gulley trims should be planned at the design stage to ensure they align correctly with drainage outlets and complement the roof's fall pattern. Fixed with PU adhesive.
