ER35/40 Simulated Rolled Rib 3m Length

The ER35/40 Simulated Rolled Rib in 3m length is the full-size version of the decorative rolled rib profile, suited to larger roof areas where longer rib runs are needed to achieve the correct visual rhythm across the surface. The 3m length reduces the number of joints compared to working with multiple 1.5m pieces, giving a cleaner, more continuous appearance across the finished roof.

The simulated rolled rib is a decorative GRP trim that mimics the look of a traditional metal batten or lead roll - a detail historically used on lead, copper, and zinc roofing to divide the roof into manageable bays. On a GRP roof, it provides the same aesthetic without the associated cost and maintenance of traditional materials. Position ribs at even intervals across the roof to achieve the desired effect; spacing is a matter of proportion and design preference. C6 Rolled Rib Closures are required at each end of every rib run (available separately). Fixed with PU adhesive.
