Metroflex Roof Pack 7m² Sold with Primer

The Metroflex 7m² pack with primer is the smallest kit in the range and the ideal starting point for bay roofs, small outbuilding roofs, and compact extensions. It contains all the materials needed to complete a full Metroflex GRP laminate over 7 square metres, including primer for use on existing roofing felt, bitumen, or other substrates where adhesion promotion is required.

The pack includes Metroflex flexible roofing resin, 300g chopped strand mat, primer, catalyst, and topcoat resin - sized and pre-specified so there's no need to calculate quantities. As with the full Metroflex system, the cured laminate is seamless, fully bonded, BRoof (t4) fire rated, and covered by a 20-year materials guarantee. Application tools are not included.

Metroflex Roofing system can be applied to any flat roof of any  size and any configuration, and can be installed without expensive specialist tools. The completed monolithic (seamless) membrane is hard wearing, resisting UV, heat, weathering and foot traffic.

The Metroflex system has been tested and approved to the highest specification of fire resistance (BRoof (t4)) to meet all building control requirements for flat roofing.

Our standard colour is RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey, and a slate granule can be added to create a natural non-slip finish if required.
