Metroflex Roof Pack 28m² Sold with Primer

The Metroflex 28m² pack with primer is designed for larger domestic flat roofs - typically whole-house flat roof extensions, large outbuildings, or commercial outbuilding roofs. It includes primer, making it the right choice wherever the deck surface is felt, bitumen, or another non-timber substrate that needs adhesion preparation before the GRP laminate is applied.

Working at this scale benefits from accurate material proportioning, and this pack delivers exactly that - primer, flexible resin, 300g chopped strand mat, catalyst, and topcoat in the correct quantities for 28m². The finished system is seamless, fully bonded, BRoof (t4) fire rated, and carries a 20-year materials guarantee. Application tools are not included and should be sourced from the roofing tools range.

Metroflex Roofing system can be applied to any flat roof of any size and any configuration, and can be installed without expensive specialist tools. The completed monolithic (seamless) membrane is hard wearing, resisting UV, heat, weathering and foot traffic.

The Metroflex system has been tested and approved to the highest specification of fire resistance (BRoof (t4)) to meet all building control requirements for flat roofing.

Our standard colour is RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey, and a slate granule can be added to create a natural non-slip finish if required.
