Metroflex Roof Pack 43m² Sold with Primer

The Metroflex 43m² pack with primer is one of the larger kits in the range and is suited to substantial flat roof projects - including large commercial outbuildings, industrial unit roofs, and bigger domestic flat roof areas where the existing surface is felt, bitumen, or another substrate that requires priming.

At this scale, working in planned sections is advisable to manage pot life effectively - consider whether Metroflex Summer Inhibitor may be needed if installing in warm conditions. The pack contains primer, flexible resin, 300g chopped strand mat, catalyst, and topcoat in pre-measured quantities for 43m². All materials meet the full Metroflex specification: seamless GRP, BRoof (t4) fire rating, 20-year materials guarantee. Tools sold separately.

Metroflex Roofing system can be applied to any flat roof of any size and any configuration, and can be installed without expensive specialist tools. The completed monolithic (seamless) membrane is hard wearing, resisting UV, heat, weathering and foot traffic.

The Metroflex system has been tested and approved to the highest specification of fire resistance (BRoof (t4)) to meet all building control requirements for flat roofing.

Our standard colour is RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey, and a slate granule can be added to create a natural non-slip finish if required.
