Metroflex Roof Pack 60m² Sold with Primer

The Metroflex 60m² pack with primer is the largest single kit available in the range and is intended for major flat roof projects - large commercial buildings, industrial units, or significant domestic flat roof areas where the substrate is felt, bitumen, or another surface requiring primer prior to lamination.

For roofs of this size, careful section planning is essential. We recommend reviewing the Metroflex application guide before starting, and consider whether Summer Inhibitor will be needed depending on the time of year and weather conditions. The pack contains all materials - primer, flexible roofing resin, 300g chopped strand mat, catalyst, and topcoat - correctly proportioned for 60m². The completed installation is seamless, permanently waterproof, BRoof (t4) fire rated, and guaranteed for 20 years on materials. Application tools are not included.

Metroflex Roofing system can be applied to any flat roof of any  size and any configuration, and can be installed without expensive specialist tools. The completed monolithic (seamless) membrane is hard wearing, resisting UV, heat, weathering and foot traffic.

The Metroflex system has been tested and approved to the highest specification of fire resistance (BRoof (t4)) to meet all building control requirements for flat roofing.

Our standard colour is RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey, and a slate granule can be added to create a natural non-slip finish if required.
