These kits provide the trim jointing tape, mat, resin and topcoat required for a 2 layer (450g CSM) GRP flatroof when using T&G decking (if using cut edge decking some additional tape may be required on the larger packs). Some excess is built in to allow for overlapping and detailing.

    The RP23 Trade Line 2 Layer Roofing Materials Pack covers flat roofs up to 30m² using the premium double layer 2x450g CSM specification. It contains the mat, resin and topcoat for a twin layer (2x450g CSM) GRP flat roof using the Trade Line system for projects not requiring fire certification. Some excess is built in for overlapping and detailing. For the single layer version see RP4; for a larger 2 layer pack see RP24 (50m²). Trims and tools must be ordered separately.
