Metroflex Roof Pack 43m² Sold without Primer

The Metroflex 43m² pack without primer is suited to large new-build flat roofing projects - commercial outbuildings, large industrial units, or substantial domestic roof areas where fresh OSB or plywood has been laid. At this size the project will typically be completed in multiple working sections; good section planning and awareness of ambient temperature are both important to maintaining quality across the full area.

If installing in warm weather, Metroflex Summer Inhibitor (available separately) should be considered to extend pot life and allow each section to be consolidated properly before the resin gels. Pack contents: flexible roofing resin, 300g chopped strand mat, catalyst, and topcoat - pre-measured for 43m², no primer included. BRoof (t4) fire rated, 20-year materials guarantee. Tools sold separately.

Metroflex Roofing system can be applied to any flat roof of any  size and any configuration, and can be installed without expensive specialist tools. The completed monolithic (seamless) membrane is hard wearing, resisting UV, heat, weathering and foot traffic.

The Metroflex system has been tested and approved to the highest specification of fire resistance (BRoof (t4)) to meet all building control requirements for flat roofing.

Our standard colour is RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey, and a slate granule can be added to create a natural non-slip finish if required.
