Metroflex Roof Pack 60m² Sold without Primer

The Metroflex 60m² pack without primer is the largest single kit available and is intended for major flat roof projects on new OSB or plywood decking - large commercial buildings, industrial units, or significant new-build flat roof areas where the deck is fresh and clean enough to accept the Metroflex laminate without a primer stage.

Roofs of this size should be planned carefully in sections, with consideration given to ambient temperature, working time, and the order of joins and upstands. Metroflex Summer Inhibitor is strongly recommended for installations in warmer months to ensure each section can be fully wet out and consolidated before gel. Pack contents include flexible roofing resin, 300g chopped strand mat, catalyst, and topcoat, pre-measured for the full 60m² area. No primer is included. BRoof (t4) fire rated, 20-year materials guarantee. Application tools are sold separately.

Metroflex Roofing system can be applied to any flat roof of any  size and any configuration, and can be installed without expensive specialist tools. The completed monolithic (seamless) membrane is hard wearing, resisting UV, heat, weathering and foot traffic.

The Metroflex system has been tested and approved to the highest specification of fire resistance (BRoof (t4)) to meet all building control requirements for flat roofing.

Our standard colour is RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey, and a slate granule can be added to create a natural non-slip finish if required.
