Galvanised Clout Nail 20mm 1kg

Galvanised Clout Nails in 20mm length are the recommended mechanical fixing for securing GRP flat roof trims - particularly drip fascia and raised edge profiles - to timber fascia boards and decking edges. While PU adhesive provides the primary bond, these clout nails add mechanical retention while the adhesive cures and provide ongoing resistance to wind uplift and movement throughout the life of the roof.

The galvanised finish resists corrosion in the exposed roofing environment, ensuring the fixings remain sound for the long term. Supplied in 1kg bags, they're driven through the upper flange of the trim into the timber substrate, typically at 300 - 400mm centres. Use alongside PU adhesive as the standard fixing method throughout the CFS GRP trim range.
